Ingredients for about 4 glasses (300ml each)
1 organic orange
6 sprigs rosemary
900ml dry white wine
180ml orange liqueur
7 tablespoons maple syrup
4 Pyramid Bag EILLES TEE Tea Diamond® Green Tea Asia Superior
- Wash orange under hot water, rub dry and cut into slices. Wash rosemary and shake dry.
- Put orange slices and rosemary in a saucepan. Add water, white wine, orange liqueur and maple syrup and bring to the boil once.
- Switch off the stove, add EILLES TEE Tea Diamond® Green Tea Asia Superior to the liquid and leave to steep for about 4 minutes. Remove Tea Diamond® and keep the punch warm until required.
To decorate, serve the glasses with sugared rosemary. Put 2-3 tablespoons of sugar on a plate and roll 4 washed, still damp rosemary twigs in it. Arrange one branch on the glass for each punch.
For larger quantities use loose EILLES TEE. For 4 glasses, put 10g EILLES TEE Green Tea China Leaf No. 76 into a tea filter.
