Cold Tea for Hot Days

Summer Berries on the Rocks

Time to prepare: 10 min + refrigeration time

Ingredients

2 EILLES TEE Summer Berry Tea Diamonds®
250ml water
10g maple syrup
Ice cubes
Fresh berries (raspberries, blackberries, blueberries) as garnish
50ml cream or coconut milk (vegan)

Preparation

Pour 250ml briskly boiling water over 2 Summer Berry Tea Diamonds® and let steep 10 min. Then remove pyramids.
Add maple syrup, stir well and cool thoroughly.
Fill serving glass alternately with ice cubes and berry mix. 
Pour the tea in.
Slowly add cream / coconut milk as a topping for a nice colour contrast.

Green Tea with Mint and Cucumber

Time to prepare: 10 min + refrigeration time

Ingredients:

2 EILLES TEE Green Tea with Mint Tea Diamonds®
250ml water
5g raw cane sugar
5 cucumber slices
Ice cubes
Cucumber slices, lemon wedge, fresh mint as garnish

Preparation:

Pour water cooled to 80°C over 2 Green Tea with Mint Tea Diamonds® and let steep 3 minutes. Then remove pyramids.
Add raw cane sugar and stir well.
Add 5 cucumber slices and let cool thoroughly.
Remove cucumber slices, fill serving glass with ice cubes and pour the tea over the ice.
Garnish with fresh cucumber slices, lemon wedge and fresh mint.

Relax Ayurvital meets Coffee

Time to prepare: 10 min + cooling/refrigeration time

Ingredients:

100ml coffee, cooled for making ice cubes
2 EILLES TEE Relax Ayurvital Tea Diamonds®
250ml water
10g Jay Jay’s Vanilla Syrup
30ml milk or milk alternative (vegan)
+ milk foam

Preparation: 

Freeze cooled coffee into cubes.
Pour 250ml briskly boiling water over 2 Relax Ayurvital Tea Diamonds® and let steep 10 min. Then remove the pyramids.
Add vanilla syrup, stir well and cool thoroughly.
Fill glass with coffee ice cubes and pour the tea over them.
Pour milk into glass slowly and top with milk foam.

Summer Berries on Ice

Ingredients (for 1 long drink glass)

1 tsp cane sugar
Around 6 ice cubes
Fresh strawberries
EILLES TEE Summer Berries

Preparation

Put the ice cubes and sugar in a long drink glass. Add hot EILLES Summer Berries tea and a few quartered strawberries. Tastes delicious even without sugar!

Ice Tea Coco

Ingredients

100 ml coconut milk (coconut syrup or milk of a fresh coconut)
Crushed ice
EILLES TEE Asia Superior Green
Brown sugar

Preparation

Pour the coconut milk (or syrup) with the tea and crushed ice into the mixer. If you like, add some coconut splinters. Mix together, pour into a glass, sprinkle with brown sugar.

Tea Smoothie

Ingredients

½ ripe mango
About 50ml EILLES TEE Assam
50ml orange juice
Crushed ice
Fresh lemon balm

Preparation

Pour the Assam tea into the glass. Purée the peeled and chopped mango together with the ice cream and orange juice in a blender and add to the tea. Garnish with lemon balm and a piece of mango.

Tropical Iced Tea

Ingredients (for 1 long drink glass)

Around 6 ice cubes
EILLES TEE Fruit Mix Tropic
Pineapple pieces and kiwi slices for garnish

Preparation

Place the ice cubes and pineapple pieces in the glass and fill with hot fruit infusion. Garnish with a slice of kiwi.

Our Classics

Ice Tea Classic

Ingredients (for 1 long drink glass)

2 tsp cane sugar
½ Lemon
Around 6 ice cubes
EILLES TEE Assam Special Broken

Preparation

Pour the juice of half a lemon into a glass with some with cane sugar and ice cubes. Add freshly brewed Assam tea concentrate and decorate with a slice of lemon. 

About Loose-Leaf Tea

Asian Sun Ice Tea

Ingredients (for 1 long drink glass)

2 tsp cane sugar
1 slice of lemon
1 tsp fresh ginger
Around 6 ice cubes
EILLES TEE Asian Sun Green Tea

Preparation

Brew the Asian Sun concentrate together with the fresh ginger and pour over ice cubes and cane sugar into a long drink glass. Decorate with a slice of lemon.
