Quarter the lime and press it out in a glass with a pestle, add the crushed ice cubes and the cane sugar. Add fresh peppermint tea and decorate with mint leaf.

Put the ice cubes and sugar in a long drink glass. Pour over the still hot EILLES TEE Vita Orange and decorate with the lemon balm. Tastes delicious even without sugar!
Infusion of 5cl rum with 1 EILLES TEE Tea Spa MAGICA Tea Diamond®
1cl fresh lime juice
Make an infusion from rum and EILLES TEE Tea Spa MAGICA. Pour the rum into a small bottle, add the Tea Diamond® and leave to stand for around 1 hour. Fill a highball glass with ice, pour lime juice over the ice and fill with ginger ale. Slowly float the rum on top with a bar spoon and decorate with a slice of lime.
Infusion of 6cl gin with 1 EILLES TEE Rosehip with Hibiscus Tea Diamond
2cl fresh lime juice
2 slices fresh ginger
1 pinch Hawaii salt
Candied ginger and edible flowers for decoration
Make an infusion from gin and EILLES Rosehip and Hibiscus Tea. Pour the gin into a small bottle, add the EILLES Tea Diamond® and let it steep for about an hour. Place two slices of ginger in a highball glass, press lightly and sprinkle with a pinch of Hawaii salt. Then add the remaining ingredients and fill the glass with ice cubes. To decorate, place the candied ginger on a wooden skewer and place on the edge of the glass. At the end, decorate with an edible flower.

2cl cherry syrup
2cl fresh lemon juice
Fill a highball glass with crushed ice. Add the ingredients and stir vigorously until the outer wall of the glass begins to freeze.
Press a narrow line around the edge of the glass with red wine glacé. Then heap chilli threads on top.

3 slices cucumber
3 fresh strawberries
2cl yuzu juice
Candied raspberries and French drinking straw for decoration
Prepare EILLES TEE lemon mélange tea and leave to cool. Half fill a lemonade glass with ice cubes, add freshly cut strawberries and cucumber slices. Add the Yuzu juice and the EILLES TEE lemon mélange. Stir so that the ingredients mix. Decorate the drink with candied raspberries and serve with a French straw.
